Good communication is vital for the smooth operation of any organization. The communication medium must be easy to use and handy to be effective. The higher the quality, ease of use, quality, and frequency, the better for all. Therefore, you should improve both your sending and receiving communication skills. You should be aware of what communication is, the methods, and channels.

We have a PDF file on Communication Theory, and there is an article about communication on Wikipedia.

We shall use telephones for the bulk of our communications, as most members have one and find it much easier to use a phone. Also, many members may have no or little access to the Internet. Therefore, we require that every co-op member have a telephone.

Some members have easy access to the Internet, so we use Internet services as well.
